Our coffees share three things: they are Specialty Coffees, Single Farm and 100% Arabica (four things actually: they’re irresistible!).
Growing Specialty Coffee beans is no easy achievement. Quite the opposite! Beyond exceptional yet tough geographic and climatic conditions, they need true coffee artists to grow and protect them to eventually become marvels… and great explorers to find them for you!
In case you wonder why our coffees are named after numbers, it is simple: Colombian Arabica grows best at high altitudes, between 500 and 2000 meters above sea level. It particularly likes the volcanic soils and the Andean slopes of Colombia. This is the cost at which the delicate beans can shape unique aromas and personality.
Now you see why the altitude made sense to us.
